FragTesters is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Retain all packaging material and damaged items to assist with the claims process.

International Shipping and Customs Information

For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply and are determined by the recipient country’s government. These additional charges are not included in the purchase price and are payable by the customer. Since customs policies vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on potential fees.

FragTesters is not authorized to collect or cover customs duties, nor can we provide refunds for goods returned to avoid such charges. If import duties are refused and delivery is prevented, or if a customer attempts to return items to avoid customs fees, the full purchase price, along with any shipping and return costs, will be the customer’s responsibility.
